One level connection is missing or the use of interchangeable names like Bapu/Balu/Bal/Balaji/Balam/Ballal is causing problems in placing them. Other helpful factor will be place/village in which they currently are. If any information is found regarding migration villages of members of main family tree is obtained, then these will get place easily.
One thing for sure is that these trees fit in main tree between generation 5 to 10.
